A: We highly recommend QuickBooks Online because it's cloud-based, secure, and integrates with everything. But if you're using something else (Xero, FreshBooks, Excel), we can work with that too.
Q: What if I have questions between meetings?
A: Email us anytime! We respond within 24 business hours. Monthly retainer clients also get a 15-minute check-in call every month.
Q: Can you work with my existing team?
A: Absolutely! We regularly collaborate with business attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals. Just give us permission to coordinate.
Q: What happens if I miss a monthly payment?
